Diablo 2: Resurrected’s next patch, 2.4.3, will be going live on June 29.

The new patch focuses primarily on improving the game-finding process for both console and PC players. The issue of a lack of games appearing in player lists is being addressed by the expansion of the number of viable games the player can join. This will be done by allowing the player to join “any number of game sites in your region that you have a strong enough connection to.” Furthermore, the game list is being expanded from 20 to 40 entries and will refresh in real-time provided the player manually selects the refresh button.

The party finder system has been reworked into the game creator. The player may now create a private lobby, a public lobby that will populate the game list or join an existing public/private game. There are filtering options available in the game list, games can be filtered by difficulty, ping and lobby name. In PC lobbies, the player will now be able to see the connection quality to the host when they hover over the game.

In terms of gameplay, Magic Find will be buffed by 50% from June 30 to July 4. Magic Find grants the player an increased chance to receive higher-tier items from slain enemies. This universal buff will stack with any bonuses to Magic Find that the player already has from equipment.

Lastly, there were several quality of life changes and bug fixes. For example, players will now be able to assign stat points in bulk using a controller.
