Just when you thought your social life might be safe; Blizzard and Nintendo have announced that Diablo III: Eternal Collection will be launching for the Switch on November 2. The game was announced last month. It'll be the first title from Blizzard making its way onto the device.

If you've never played Diablo III before, this is a great opportunity for you to jump in for the first time. The base game had tons of content and the Eternal Collection will include the Reaper of Souls expansion as well as the Rise of the Necromancer DLC. Of course, you'll also get whatever has been added through conventional updates since Diablo III's original launch.

Capitalizing on the Nintendo Switch hardware, Blizzard has included ways in which players can locally play with friends if they have multiple Switch devices. Furthermore, online will also be included. Some new Legend of Zelda cosmetic items will be exclusive to the handheld-hybrid console.

Last month, Diablo III's senior producer Pete Sitwell commented on the possibility of other Blizzard titles coming to the console, like the heavily requested Overwatch. This year, it looks likely that Diablo III: Eternal Collection will be the only Blizzard game available on Nintendo's hardware.
