Bandai Namco is holding the Digimon online event Digicon 2022 on February 26, here's how to watch the livestream and what to expect.
The Digimon series always had a huge presence worldwide, but in Japan where the popularity of its TCG especially has always been high, it's still a huge franchise. Now, this weekend, a massive online event is happening, bringing us the latest news on the series, the Digicon 2022. The English Digimon fandom will be able to enjoy the event too as the stream will have both a Japanese and an English version.
How to watch the Digicon 2022 Digimon event livestream with anime and game news
The Digimon Con 2022 livestream will start on February 26, 2022, at :
- 5:00 PM PST
- 8:00 PM EST
- 2:00 AM CET February 27

What to expect at Digicon 2022, predictions
A short teaser for the event was already released, and it includes toys, cards, anime, games and more. Most notably, the video shows footage of Digimon Survive, which was delayed several times now. Some fans believe the game is cursed, and in the past, we also detailed in a timeline all the delays and development issues it encountered.
Maybe we'll finally get a release date announced for this Digimon console RPG at the event. This is personally why I believe Digicon 2022 is a must watch.
Last but not least, the event will feature a live concert by Digimon singer Ayumi Miyazaki. It will not be archived so do not miss it.
