During Anime Expo 2019 at the "Future of Digimon Series" panel, Bandai Namco announced Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition. The game will be launching on PC and Nintendo Switch on October 18, 2019.

Rather than a simple port, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition is a brand new entry reworking together two previous Digimon games,  Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory. This means keeping your levels and team of Digimon through both games.

Digimon Story  Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition will keep the original games' turn-based battle system and will include over 300 Digimons. Following the announcement Bandai Namco published a trailer introducing the game along with some screenshots, all included below.

The Digimon Cyber Sleuth games are among the handful of games with characters designs by Yasuda Suzuhito. Nicknamed Suzupin by himself and some of his fans, Suzuhito Yasuda is mostly known for the character designs on Gundam Build Fighters, Devil Survivor, Durarara!! and DanMachi. However, Suzuhito Yasuda is actually also an accomplished mangaka, and the author of shonen manga Yozakura Quartet, published monthly since 2006. Yozakura Quartet is, in my opinion, one of the best shonen manga there ever was after the golden era of the genre in the 80s, and definitely worth trying out if you never have.
