Today, during a livestream from Square Enix's headquarters in Tokyo, the development team of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT announced a new stage that will come to the game with an update in late March.

The stage is Orbonne Monastery and veterans of the series will probably remember it as a monastery of the church of Galbados that was pretty relevant in the plot of old and glorious Final Fantasy Tactics.

The map is actually impressively effective in recreating the look and feel of the original with modern graphics, without giving up its quirks like the simple fact that it's built on a square of land.

If this doesn't make you want a remake of Final Fantasy Tactics, you don't have a heart.

Of course, the map will also be added to the arcade version of Dissidia Final Fantasy with a free update that will hit Japanese cabinets on February 22nd.

You can check out the trailer below, comparing the original and the new version, complete with weather effects and all the bells and whistles.
