September 20, 2021

It’s been an event-packed year for Pokemon GO players this year and the train shows no sign of slowing just yet.

Hot on the heels of the Psychic-focused Psychic Spectacular event is Niantic’s yearly Pokemon GO fashion week.

Rather than focus on Pokemon of a specific typing this time, however, the event will focus on those that are particularly fashion-forward one of which is the debuting Furfrou.

As with all new Pokemon, many Pokemon GO players have questions, including whether Furfrou has an evolution in the game.

So, in the build-up to the Pokemon GO Fashion Week event, you may have seen a variety of Pokemon that look like Furfrou, but has a range of different fur typings. Are they Furfrou’s evolution though?

Unfortunately, the short answer is no!

But if they’re not evolutions, then what are they?

What Are The Different Furfrous that Have Been Seen?

While the different types of Furfrou aren’t its evolution, they still have a purpose within the game – at least for the current event.

The different Furfrou that have been seen are different fashionable forms of the Pokemon, of which there are ten varieties.

They are as follows:

  • Furfrou Natural
  • Furfrou Pharoah
  • Furfrou Kabuki
  • Furfrou Matron
  • Furfrou La Reine
  • Furfrou Heart
  • Furfrou Debutante
  • Furfrou Diamond
  • Furfrou Dandy
  • Furfrou Star

Unfortunately, other than their looks, none of the forms are actually any different and will all have the same stats and moves.
