Doodle on Nintendo TVii lets you Draw and get Silly while Watching Live TV Programs
Remember back in the day as a kid when you would put a piece of shrink wrap or cellphone on top of a TV to do crazy marker drawings of what was on TV? (Or at least given everyone on the TV screen a mustache, like I usually did)
Shown today in a photo via Twitter, Nintendo seems to be bringing back some of that silly fun through Doodle, a new feature of Nintendo TVii on the Wii U, that will let you draw and trace over screenshots taken from live TV shows and programs. Used in combination with TVii Tag, where Wii U users can “tag” a certain moment in a TV show and discuss with other Wii U users via the GamePad, Doodle has a fairly simple palette of tools seen in the image with pencils, erasers, a variety of colors, and the ability to post comments to others.
Sounds like my nights of watching Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, or Game of Thrones might just get a whole lot more interesting (and fun!).
