Coming off the heels of an extensive announcement of physical and digital games coming from the retailer over the next year, Limited Run Games is surely keeping busy by bringing beloved indies to PS4, PS Vita, and Switch on the horizon, but the retailer also revealed a celebratory release for the SEGA CD classic, Double Switch.During its E3 2018 press conference, Limited Run Games announced that it will be working with Screaming Villains and Flash Film Works to release Double Switch: 25th Anniversary Edition on PS4 later this year.Double Switch originally released on SEGA CD in 1993 and was one of the many FMV-style games to release in the '90s, similar to last year's release of Night Trap: 25th Anniversary Edition. In the years since its release, the game eventually came to SEGA Saturn, PC, and mobile in 2016, though the upcoming release from Limited Run will mark the game's first debut on modern consoles. No other details about the game's release have been announced by Limited Run Games at this time, but given that the release is intended to celebrate the game's 25th Anniversary, we should be able to expect it some time later this year and will surely know details of when pre-orders will open.
