OK look everybody, we know you’re sick of having to wait for DLC to come out for a game. It’s frustrating. Don’t worry though, because this time BioWare has your back! Rather than having to wait agonizing months to add more content to the game you just bought, you’ll be able to download DLC for Dragon Age II on the day the game releases! How’s that for prompt?

“The Exiled Prince” introduces players to an archer named Sebastian Vael who’s out to avenge the murder of his family. You head out with him and then decide what to do about the situation at hand. The DLC will cost 560 Microsoft Points ($7 in real people money), or will be free if you purchase the “BioWare Signature Edition” of the game. If you pre-order Dragon Age II before January 11th you get a free update to the Signature Edition, so if you’re planning on doing that you might want to get on it.
