E3 2013: Dragon Age: Inquisition Offers Open World, More Dragons, Coming Fall 2014

Moments ago at Electronic Arts’ E3 press conference they had a quick blurb and trailer shown for Dragon Age: Inquisition, the first new media we’ve seen for it since it was first announced. The game will include a massive open world, unlike the first two games which were, for all intents and purposes, more linear, even though you could choose which quests you could undertake and in what order during parts of them.

The shocker here is that it’s coming in the Fall of 2014, so we’re looking at about a year and a half from now. Given the disappointment that was Dragon Age II, as far as I’m concerned, they can take all the time they want to make this one right and, possibly, the best of the three. We’ll update more if/when we have more info. For now, we have a bit to wait to visit the Dragon Age world again. It’s coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
