January has been a very exciting month for Dragon Ball fans. Dragon Ball Super: Broly released in North America to great success, Bandai Namco Entertainment America confirmed that Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission was coming west on PC and Nintendo Switch, and a brand new action RPG set within the Dragon Ball universe was teased and received its first trailer. Another major announcement that came this month was the confirmation of Dragon Ball FighterZ Fighter Pass 2.

Dragon Ball FighterZ Fighter Pass 2 is poised to feature four new fighters: Jiren, Videl, Dragon Ball Super Broly, and SSGSS Gogeta. Both Jiren and Videl will actually be hitting tomorrow, January 31. That being said, many hardcore players probably want to see the characters in some extended gameplay before deciding whether or not to pick them up.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe seems to have those players covered as they released a brand new Dragon Ball FighterZ video today featuring a fight between Jiren and Videl. As usual with Dragon Ball FighterZ, the action is fast-paced and looks great, which should please fans of the series. Jiren looks to be a slower but hard hitting character while Videl is actually quite small and fragile but fairly fast.

For those of you who don't know, Jiren debuted in Dragon Ball Super. Jiren is an extremely talented but somewhat stubborn fighter from Universe 11. Jiren's inclusion as Dragon Ball FighterZ DLC was a poorly kept secret as he leaked in a scan of Shonen Jump before being officially confirmed by the western branches of Bandai Namco Entertainment.

The whole Fighter Pass 2 trailer even leaked before the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, so Jiren has definitely had a hard time escaping leaks. Meanwhile, Videl first appeared during Dragon Ball Z's Great Saiyaman Saga, with the Great Saiyaman actually appearing in her intro and some of her attacks.

You can watch the new gameplay video featuring Jiren and Videl dueling below before they release tomorrow. Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. If you are a Dragon Ball fan and somehow haven't picked the game up yet, Dragon Ball FighterZ can be picked up on Amazon.
