Bandai Namco revealed in the latest issue of V Jump magazine that Kid Goku from Dragon Ball GT will be added in Dragon Ball FighterZ during May.

Screenshots from the magazine have emerged on Twitter, and it also included new details on Kid Goku's moveset.

As we already know, Kid Goku fights untransformed and will transform into Super Saiyan 3 Goku during his Super Kamehameha. However, this will only happen if one or both of Kid Goku's teammates are Down, else he will transform into Super Saiyan 1 Goku. Moreover, if Kid Goku uses his Meteor Attack (Ultimate) when one or both of his teammates are Down, he'll transform into Super Saiyan 4 and unleash Dragon Fist Explosion on his opponent. This is a secret, second Meteor Attack which can only be used this way.

While I initially didn't like Dragon Ball GT much when I first watched it two decades ago, I've come to appreciate it even more recently seeing what happened with Dragon Ball Super, so I'm happy about Kid Goku getting in.

Dragon Ball GT's Kid Goku was revealed to be joining Dragon Ball Fighterz in last month's issue of V Jump. Later on, Bandai Namco published screenshots showing Kid Goku in action.

Kid Goku can be bought alone or through the game's second Season Pass. Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
