Chapter 81 of Dragon Ball Super is scheduled to release worldwide on Sunday, February 20th, 2022, or February 21st, depending on your region.
The new chapter will be available to read at 7:00 AM PST (Pacific Timing). However, the release time would vary depending on your region. So, here's the exact release time of chapter 81 for different time zones:

Dragon Ball Super Chapter 81 Spoilers Revealed
According to recent leaks, the upcoming DBS chapter is titled "Goku's Conflict." The manga chapter will be a delight for fans who want to see Goku fighting Gas.
Interestingly, the chapter kicks off with Gas increasing the gravity for Vegeta and Goku, making them unable to move. Meanwhile, Granolah tries to shoot at Elec, but Gas saves his life and breaks Granolah's arms. In addition to that, Gas also shoots at Granolah's eyes, and Elec shoots him from behind. After that, we see Granolah falling into the river. So, it looks like the Cerealian is out of the equation as of now.
Now, Vegeta gives some of his energy to Goku, and our Saiyan hero gets into his Blue form. Gas is surprised to see Goku breaking free of his spell. Goku then calms his mind and merges his Blue and Ultra Instinct form.
Of course, Gas tries to end Goku by summoning wall spikes, but Goku dodges all of them. After that, Gas uses his psychic powers and hits Goku with trains and houses. Gas overwhelms Goku in the fight and asks him if he really is Bardock's son. Gas insults Goku by saying that he is nothing like his father, and the Saiyan surely isn't powerful enough to stop him.
Midway through the fight, Gas and Goku sees that Monaito saved Granolah. Gas gets furious and tries to finish the job by killing both Granolah and Monaito. However, Goku teleports himself and Gas to a nearby planet, where we see Jaco buying vegetables. After that, Gas and Goku share some more punches, and Goku again uses his ability to teleport both of them to a different planet.
