Earlier this month, the official Twitter account of Dragon Ball confirmed a special panel at San Diego Comic-Con@Home 2021.

The official website, solely dedicated to the upcoming event, states that the special panel will shed some light on the upcoming Dragon Ball Super movie.

Toei Animation confirmed that a new Dragon Ball Super movie is in production, and it will release sometime in 2022. However, the studio still hasn't revealed any information on the movie's plot, characters, or anything as such. Well, after a long wait, we might learn something about the movie in the Comic-Con 2021 panel.

Dragon Ball Super Panel at Comic-Con@Home 2021

The official Dragon Ball website for Comic-Con@Home 2021 confirmed that Ms. Masako Nozawa, the voice of Goku, will grace the panel with her appearance.

Besides Nozawa, Mr. Akio Iyoku, the head of the DB team at SHUEISHA, and the movie's producer, Mr. Norihiro Hayashida, would also be available at the panel. The panel announcement states that they'll get together to talk non-stop about the Dragon Ball Super 2022 movie. So, fans might get to learn some "hottest info" and some behind-the-scenes action.

The Dragon Ball Special event for Comic-Con@Home 2021 would go live at 2:00 AM on Saturday, July 24th (JST). However, the event will kick off on Friday, July 23rd, at 10 AM PDT (Pacific timing) for fans in the US. And you can catch the event live at Comic-Con's official YouTube channel.

As per the announcement, the Dragon Ball panel will be live for one hour, which includes a special live performance from the musician Hironobu Kageyama. So, if you are eager to learn anything about the upcoming Dragon Ball Super movie, make sure you don't miss the upcoming event.
