Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's first free pack is available today, featuring  five new Dragon Ball masters including Android 16, Bardock, Cooler, Whis, and Future Gohan, which were all previously exclusive to the publisher's European VIP Corner. Bandai Namco announced that the game's first paid DLC pack is also available, featuring the Emperor of Universe 6, Frost, and the Super Saiyan from Planet Sadal, Cabbe.

The paid DLC arrives alongside a flashy new trailer, as fists go flying and bodies go plummeting with energy blasts following close behind. Though we don't get to see it in the video, the PlayStation Store lists that one new master (Hit), five new attacks, three new parallel quests, two new costumes, five new super souls, and two new emotes are available as well.

This content is available standalone or as part of the game's season pass, costing $9.99 and $29.99 each, respectively. Today's pack is the first of four, all of which will be sold separately and will include new playable characters, new episodes and quests, new masters and master's quests, new stages, and new skills, costumes, and accessories.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The DLC pack's aforementioned trailer can be found below:
