If you own a Japanese copy of Dragon Ball: Xenoverse you can redeem the free Vegeta Resurrection of F costume DLC for free. When you click on the link here, you'll be given a list of codes for PS4, PS3, Xbox One as well as Xbox 360.

These codes will not work for US and EU copies of the game, but hopefully Bandai Namco releases this free costume DLC to the west as soon as possible.
