One of the most exciting additions for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is, without a doubt, the ability to finally train toward SSG levels. SSG is, of course, one of the highest levels Goku and Vegeta can reach. And achieving that power in DBZ: Kakarot allows them to fight against Beerus the Destroyer. Obviously, the God of Destruction is no push-over. You'll have to bring out all the stops to topple this mighty foe.

Outside of the new story mode that, as mentioned, sees Goku and Vegeta gearing up for their big battle, there's not a ton of other content. The team is putting out a new music pack alongside the DLC, but that seems to be about it. Of course, this is just the first part of the DLC release calendar, so you should expect more to come your way over the course of 2020. We reviewed Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and gave it a 6 out of 10. Hopefully, these DLC releases continue to build on the foundation and make Kakarot the game DBZ fans have been dreaming of for years now.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The A New Power Awakens (Part 1) launches on April 28.
