Dragon Marked for Death is a 2D scrolling action game from the staff behind Megaman Zero on Gameboy Advance and Megaman ZX on Nintendo DS. The game stars four characters part of the Dragon Blood Clan: Empress, Warrior, Shinobi, and the Witch. Each of them has their own story, but all of them are driven by revenge for their clan.

The trailer introduces each one of these characters and their different abilities, along with a demonstration of their skills in solo and in coop multiplayer. Dragon: Marked for Death is playable both in local or online coop, with up to four players participating in quests together.

The end of the trailer also details the game's free DLC you can grab by pre-ordering the game. Speaking of that, the game has some shop exclusive pre-order goods in Japan for its physical edition, featuring some beautiful artwork. You can take a look in the gallery below, before the trailer.

You can also find on the game's official site a special Christmas themed wallpaper by Megaman Zero, ZX and Dragons: Marked for Death artist Tohru Nakayama.

Lastly, a stream with new gameplay, featuring Inti Creates President Takuya Aizu will be held on December 26 at 21:00 JST. Here's the stream link on Youtube.

Dragon: Marked for Death launches for Switch on January 31. The game was supposed to release last week on December 13 but was delayed to accommodate the release of a physical version in the west as well. Both the physical and digital versions of the game launch in two packs at $14.99 each: one containing Empress and Warrior, and the other with Shinobi and Witch. Whichever pack players don’t purchase initially will then be available as DLC.
