During a livestream on Nico Nico Douga, Square Enix announced that the upcoming action RPG Dragon Quest Heroes will be released in Japan on February 26th.

While there’s no word on a western release so far, we also learned that the game will target 60 frames per second on PS4 and 30 on PS3.

The development team is also designing  a variety of costumes for the heroes (apparently including swimwear), and is planning the return of a few iconic bosses from the Dragon Quest series.

Now all we need is a western release announcement. Come on Square Enix, you know you want to.
