Square Enix just announced that the PC version isn’t the only goodie Dragon Quest X: Mezameshi Itsutsu no Shuzoku Online‘s fans can look forward to. The development team is working on a full fledged expansion pack named “2nd Package”.

Not much information has been shared at the moment, but we already know that the expansion will be released both at retail and in downloadable form, and will expand the story, also adding new jobs, new crafts, new maps, new systems, and more.

Players won’t need to have the expansion in order to enjoy the game, but they will need to purchase it in order to access the content and features introduced in the expansion itself.

To know in deeper detail what the expansion will include we’ll have to wait a bit longer, as it’s scheduled to be fully unveiled at Tokyo Game Show, that will kick off on September the 19th.
