Thanks to the success of its series like The Witcher and Castlevania, Netflix has been on a roll when it comes to bringing popular video games to the small screen. Next on the list for the streaming giant is Dragon's Dogma, the upcoming adaptation of the cult hit RPG that will be premiering later this month. While there is a week left until the series makes its streaming debut, you can get a closer look at the show with its impressive title sequence right now.

Ahead of the series' upcoming release later this month, Netflix has released the full title sequence for Dragon's Dogma to give an idea of what to expect from the anime adaptation of the game. You can take a look at the title sequence from the show below:

The anime adaptation was originally announced early last year by Netflix and will run for 7 episodes in its first season. As previously announced, the series is being produced by Sublimation and features CG-style animation that has become more frequent in anime series, though the series will still be heavily rooted in the lore and world of the original game. Specifically, the series will focus on its protagonist, Ethan, as he embarks on a quest to defeat a dragon that stole his heart, but grapples with his humanity along the journey.

Alongside Dragon's Dogma, Netflix also has several other video game adaptations in the work. Notably, the second season of its massively popular The Witcher is back in production after being delayed by the coronavirus pandemic. Likewise, Netflix is also producing an anime based on the Devil May Cry series, and has recently confirmed that it is moving forward with a live-action Resident Evil series.

Dragon's Dogma will debut on September 17, 2020, and will be available to stream exclusively through Netflix.
