Driveclub Gets Info on Future Updates; Lamborghini DLC “Maybe,” More Server Updates Coming

on October 17, 2014 4:06 PM

With intermittent server issues still plaguing Driveclub, the team at Evolution Studios is hard at work on connectivity, and on responding questions from the fans, giving hints on what we can expect for the near future and beyond on Twitter.

New server updates will be live soon, to improve performance limits & connectivity for all players.

When asked by a fan whether “soon” meant tonight, the game’s Twitter account confirmed and added:

Yes Colin, with more server updates coming over the weekend. Downtime for each update is a matter of minutes.

In addition to that, we got info on future updates to the game, and we learn that the ability to retain your club cars even with no server connection is something the studio is looking into for a patch, alongside a quick command to reset to track via the touch pad.

Finally, another gamer asked if there will be a Lamborghini DLC in the future. The smiley-driven answer was quite the tease for Lambo fans like me:

maybe in future : )

In the meanwhile, I’m so good that the game makes me challenge myself…
