The Virtual Reality version of Driveclub for PlayStation VR was presented at Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, and today Game Director Paul Rustchynsky took to Twitter to provide more information on it.

Sony has not announced plans on whether the game will be an add-on to Driveclub or stand-alone, but more information will come at E3.

The game has been optimized to run at 60 Frames per second, projected at 120 thanks to PlayStation VR’s features.

According to Rustchynsky, it looks great despite the inevitable optimization required to run at twice the frame rate.

While it was showcased with a wheel, it still works great with a controller:

Personally, I can’t wait to give this baby a try, and I don’t think anyone is surprised about that.
