We're just one hot season away from the release of Driveclub on October 7th, and Game Director Paul Rustchynsky gave some more information about the upcoming PS4 exclusive driving game.

The first piece of info comes in a bit of an indirect way: Rustchynsky mentioned that his average internet usage is 343.71 GB, and a fan asked him how many Driveclubs that is. The answer was "more than a dozen," meaning that the game should take between 28.97 and 26.44 GB of your PS4's hard disk.

Rustchynsky also confirmed that weather "most certainly" influences car handling, and shared that cars will have windscreen wipers, and they will be activated automatically when needed.

We also learn that the list of compatible wheels will be finalized slightly closer to launch, and that Evolution hopes to add support for more post-launch.

Personally, I still hold hope for my Fanatec, and I know I'm not the only one. From what I tried so far (admittedly, it was a fairly early build) Driveclub has close enough to a simulative handling model to benefit from the use of a wheel over the DualShock 4.
