Driveclub’s Photo Mode Coming With Post-Release Patch; Logitech Wheels Unsupported at Launch

on August 7, 2014 3:09 PM

A few days ago Driveclub Game Director Paul Rustchynsky confirmed that Evolution Studios is working on a photo mode for the upcoming PS4 exclusive racer Driveclub.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to take snazzy pictures of our rides right off the bat, as today he mentioned that the feature will be added after release, even if he didn’t specify precisely when. Photo mode isn’t the only feature coming after launch, as the same will happen with the game’s weather system.

Many were also left hoping that support for popular Logitech wheels would be added in time for launch, as Rustchynsky previously stated that it was in Logitech’s hands. Unfortunately that won’t be the case, as confirmed today.

Not upon release.

Of course Rustchynsky’s answer just means that support won’t be available right at launch, but we can still hope to be able to use our wheels afterwards.
