Driveclub’s Remote Play “Will Surprise You;” 135 Mb Day One Patch and Patch Notes Now Available

on October 6, 2014 3:06 PM

We’re just about twelve hours away from the release of Driveclub in North America, and Sony Computer Entertainment issued a 135 MB patch to the game. You can see the full patch notes at the bottom of the post (courtesy of NeoGAF user Darkologia)

In addition to this, game director Paul Rustchynsky mentioned on Twitter to a fan who couldn’t be at home on release day that the game is going to surprise us on PS Vita via remote play:

I think it’ll surprise you : )

We also learn that while it’s, for the moment, impossible to create our own multiplayer events (as the system creates its own playlist), Evolution studios is already working on the feature for a future update. Rustchynsky finally promised that private lobbies are being worked on, which is definitely good news.
