DualCast Level 13: Highs and Lows of 2010, Fashion Design in RPGs and Secret of Mana!

I know the wait has been long, but we’re back this week with the 13th episode of our RPG podcast. We’ve got a great show for you this week, where Yaris, Allen, Matthew and I have a discussion about our favorite (and not so favorite) RPGs of 2010. We run the gamut of titles here from the low of Last Rebellion to the highs of Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep and the Ys titles. After that we discuss fashion in JRPGs and how outlandish a chocobo in a dude’s afro is. Finally, we discuss a little about Secret of Mana, what made it special for its time and what we remember most about it.

Naturally the discussion drifts around a lot, from ranting about how easy games have become to how much a brand new copy of Final Fantasy VII runs these days on eBay. Definitely give this one a listen and, while you’re at it, give us some ideas for future topics to discuss in our very own RPG round-table.
