DualCast Level 5 – Religion and Mythology in RPGs

By Chad Awkerman

August 9, 2010

We’ve leveled up a few times now so we figured we’d get into a deeper, more intricate topic. This is actually a topic our winner from the Persona 3 Portable contest came up with, as well. We liked both her topics so much that we decided to dedicate a podcast to each of them. This week, then, is religion and mythology in RPGs – what fascinates people about the mythology in games, what aspects of it do we enjoy, how is religion handled in RPGs and how far is too far? All these subjects and more will be discussed in this week’s DualCast.

Have a listen to the episode then let us know what you think in the comments. We’re always looking for feedback on our discussions as well as suggestions for future topics that relate to the RPG genre, so sound off!
