I don't expect everyone to keep track of DualShockers' statistics and post metrics, but – for those interested – we hit a notable milestone a couple of days ago.

Our review of My Dog Zorro's Linelight is DualShockers 1000th review. Over the past year we have reviewed roughly 178 titles, and – of the 1,000 overall reviews – 387 PC reviews, 229 of those are for PlayStation 4 games, 159 for Xbox One, 121 for PlayStation Vita and 104 on Nintendo 3DS.

While these numbers are, at best, only numbers, it is important for us to reflect on some of the milestones we've hit in terms of review coverage.

For instance, as of two days ago our reviews – past, present and future – will be published on Metacritic and included in the Metascore average. Don't be surprised to find DualShockers input on some of your favorite games, be it Resident Evil VII: biohazard, Gravity Rush 2, or the often-overlooked visual novels that we are so anxious to cover.

Of course, DualShockers – and all of our individual staff reviewers – have been on OpenCritic for some time now. However, the more platforms we are on, the more people see our reviews and get introduced into our community. As you can imagine, we are excited to see where our growth will take us.

Most importantly, thank you to you guys – our readers. Through our first thousand reviews and countless news stories, features, and interviews, our readers continue to be engaging and thoughtful. Without you, our jobs at DualShockers would be way less fun; we hope you stick around for the next thousand reviews.
