DualShockers’ Best Waifu + Best Husbando 2017 General Election: Vote for Your Favorite!

Before you vote for your Game of the Year 2017 and Most Anticipated Game for 2018, we ask you to answer the most important question of them all.

It’s just a few hours before Christmas, and 2017 is coming to an end. Before you are called to vote for your Game of the Year and Most Anticipated Game of 2018, which will happen tomorrow, today we ask you to answer the most important question of them all: who is your favorite waifu and your favorite husbando featured in games launched in 2017?

In order to respond, please fill the form at the bottom of the form (or here, if you’re on mobile and can’t see it). You simply have to write the name of your picks. If you think there is room for confusion, you can add the name of the game as well in the format “XXX from YYY” where “XXX” is the name of the character, and “YYY” the name of the game.

All characters featured in video games or expansions released in 2017 (no matter where in the world) are eligible. Votes for characters included in games not released on or after January 1st, 2017 will be invalidated. Your chosen characters don’t need to be protagonists. Also, despite the title of the poll, they definitely don’t need to be Japanese.

To limit spam and multiple votes, you’ll be asked to log in with a Google account. If you don’t have one, creating it is quite easy and very quick.

Voting will be closed at 11:59 PM PST on December 30th. If you change your mind after responding, you’ll be able to modify your vote until the very last moment.

We will crown our readers’ favorite waifu and husbando in an article on December 31st, to close off one of the best years in gaming in the way it deserves.

Of course, feel free to proudly let us know your preference in the comments!
