1 - Dark Souls III Looks Absolutely Fantastic in 11 Minutes of Brand New and Brutal Gameplay

During a Japanese livestream, 11 minutes of awesome and shiny brand new Dark Soul III gameplay were revealed, showing off sword & shield, mace, bastard sword and scimitar gameplay. Giuseppe was actually harmed in the process as he had to keep strong while watching a Japanese actress fail over and over at beating a Dark Soul boss before finally getting his hands on this goodness for you. 2 - Konami Receives Greatest Burn of the Year at the D.I.C.E. Awards

Remember that incident occurred during The Game Awards 2015 in December? Hideo Kojima hoped to be present to receive his well-deserved Best Action Adventure award for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, only to be forbidden from attending the ceremony by Konami. Well, looks like it's time for payback, and you all know how karma can reclaim its price sometimes. I will not spoil you the surprise so just go and watch the video included in the article.

3 - Top 20 Best Selling PS4 Games in First Two Years of Console’s Lifetime in Japan Listed by Famitsu

In its latest issue, Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu listed the top 20 best selling PS4 games in Japan, along with detailed sale numbers, updated to February 7th, 2016. And the winners are... Well, read the article and find out for yourself if  your favorite games are part of it!

4 - UN Committee Urging Japan to Ban Sale of Games Portraying Sexual Violence Against Women

The Japanese gaming industry as a whole produces a broad range of content, some of them being totally NSFW, and coming from time to time under the spotlight. as they portray themes that might not be fitting everyone's taste. The most relevant example was Illusion's Rapelay, which became the source of a huge scandal both locally and in the west, before being removed from sales. The CEDAW (United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women) is examining efforts made by the Japanese government on such issues and is urgeing Japan to ban sales of games portraying sexual violence against women. 5 - Sony Needs You To Test the New 3.5 PS4 System Software Update

Sony Interactive Entertainment is getting ready for its next major PS4 system software update, and needs your help in doing so. A new beta program will kick off in early March, allowing players to sign up and maybe get a chance to test the 3.5 update before its release.
