It seems as though Square Enix is going to have quite the showing at its E3 2019 conference here in just a few weeks. As announced earlier today, Techland's upcoming sequel Dying Light 2 is now planned to be distributed across the Americas thanks to Square Enix. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment was previously the publisher of the first game, but that will now be changing this time around with the sequel.Techland's head of marketing Ed Lin said of the move, "We couldn't be more excited to join forces with Square Enix. This partnership represents an incredible opportunity for both companies to bring Modern Dark Ages to audiences across Americas. Our partnership kicks off this year at E3 and we are looking forward to a great campaign that showcases the fan favorite Dying Light DNA in the expansive and savage world of the infected.”Much like Lin said in his statement, Square Enix further specified on Twitter that Dying Light 2 will indeed be appearing at the publisher's Square Enix Live event. Techland had previously confirmed about a month ago that Dying Light 2 would be present at E3 2019, but now this partnership has informed us more of where we can expect to see the game in action.Between Final Fantasy VII Remake, The Avengers, and now Dying Light 2, it seems like Square is set to have a pretty major showing when E3 kicks off in just a few weeks.
