Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires is the latest entry to the expansive Dynasty Warriors series. Released earlier this year on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Empires featured a great deal of customization options and over 80 playable characters. A re-release of the game for PS Vita in Japan was unveiled a few months ago, but Koei Tecmo has now revealed that the PS Vita version of the game will make its way to Europe as well.
Releasing on November 25, the PS Vita version of Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires will take control of the system’s touch screen for a new control scheme. In addition, this version of the game will be able to cross over with PS4 and PS3 versions, using cross-play and cross-save, and any DLC bought on the other systems will automatically cross over to the Vita. Two player co-op has been added to the PS Vita version of the game, and players can take on Empire mode or Free Play mode together.
