Dynasty Warriors 9 is coming, and today we bring you something special, in the form of 26 minutes of gameplay of the Xbox One version of the game.

The video that you'll see below was recorded by DualShockers at a Koei Tecmo press event. It's running on an Xbox One X, but unfortunately, it's in 1080p, as we did not have a 4K capture card handy. That being said, we haven't seen much of the Xbox One version, so here you have it.

We get to see a fully unedited playthrough of part of the game's chapter 2 of the single-player campaign, seen from Cao Cao's perspective. It features some open-world exploration and a lot of fighting, culminating in a story cutscene. If you consider that a spoiler and want to avoid it, you should stop watching at about 23 minutes in. There is a loading screen, so you have time to stop the video.

Dynasty Warriors 9 will release in Japan on February 8th, exclusively for PS4. The western release will come just a few days later, on February 13th. In the west, the game will also launch for Xbox One, and PC.
