Nintendo and its Wii console are known for being more than technically inferior to the HD consoles and furthermore unable to run some of the best video games available. It's no secret. Whether the Wii U, the new Nintendo console, will suffer the same fate remains to be seen. However, a game as epic as BioShock: Infinite may be able to run on the Wii U. When asked about a port of the upcoming title for the Wii U, creative director of Irrational Games Ken Levine responded:

"There's no secret thing going on there. We have no plans on making a game for that platform right now. I'm not saying 'No,' it's just -- who knows?"

While his uncertainty is readily apparent, he didn't say that the Wii U would be unable of such a feat. I for one miss the days where multiplatform games were on the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube. Times have changed a lot, and if Nintendo wants to gain the consummate respect of hardcore gamers once again, getting hard hitting HD titles on the Wii U as well is a very good start.
