E3 has always been host to rumors and speculation with the latest word being spread that we could possibly be seeing a new home for the convention beginning next year. The ESA has squashed those rumors today, announcing that E3 will remain in Los Angeles until 2015 with next years convention taking place from June 11-13th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and ESA CEO Michael D. Gallagher both expressed excitement at this announcement with the former graciously welcoming the convention back in his city and said that he personally took part in the negotiations to ensure that everything was done that could be to meet their needs.
