EA Has High Expectations for Crysis 2

Who wants modesty nowadays? The hot new attitude is big, bold megalomaniac inflated egos. Why not say your game will sell 5 million copies or that it will be the biggest of the year? Just ask EA Partners’ David DeMartini what he thinks about the highly anticipated upcoming shooter Crysis 2.

Recently at Gamescom he said of Crysis 2:

“It’s going to be another 90 rated game from Crytek, I can say there’s an entire team that’s working on multiplayer alone for that game in England, so you can imagine how strong it will be.”

EA certainly has a big vision for this pretty new shooter, which I suppose is all the better. Having said this about the game before its release puts a considerable amount of pressure on the team working hard to bring it to life. Let’s hope the title delivers on all its promises when it releases next year.
