PGA Tour focuses on providing players with a realistic golfing experience through three critical elements: Fluid swing mechanics, innovative ball behavior, and lifelike course dynamics, and these three aspects fall under the umbrella of a new concept called Pure Strike. As the name suggests, it is a system that ensures that each shot is pure, authentic, and unique, thanks to the integration of Shotlink, a platform that provides real-time scoring and statistical data on each shot, as well as data from Trackman Golf, which professional players use to analyze and improve their swings. In PGA Tour, players can access 20 different shot types and encounter multiple factors that mimic the swings of professional golfers, providing a challenging and realistic golfing experience. These factors include the distance the club is taken back, the speed of the forward or backswing, and the direction of the swing. In addition, the animation of the swing plays a critical role, and various aspects of the environment, such as wind and elevation, can affect the swing and can also be adjusted in a variety of ways.

EA Sports PGA Tour is now available for pre-order on multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam, Epic), and through the EA App. The Standard Edition includes the base game and pre-order bonuses such as the Players Gear, Grand Slam Gear Bundle, and Scotty Cameron Putter.
