D3 Publishers launched mission pack 2 DLC for their world-saving action game Earth Defense Force 4.1 The Shadow of New Despair, available now for PC-via Steam.

Titled "Extreme Battle", this new DLC will contain 23 missions for players that will include classic and new missions. This new content will have each monster species launch full-scale attacks during the campaign, alternatively increasing the difficulty of some of the classic levels.
