Today D3 Publisher made pre-orders of Earth Defense Force 5 available on the North American PlayStation Store.

You can pre-order the standard edition for $59.99 or a "Deluxe Edition" for $89.99.

The Deluxe Edition includes the following.

• Full Game

• Deluxe Edition Bonus Content 1: EDF5 Theme

• Deluxe Edition Bonus Content 2: Decoy Launcher [Pale Wing]

• Deluxe Edition Bonus Content 3: Star Burst

• 12 variations of additional weapons and support arms that will boost the power of each of the ground troops

• Two mission packs – Available post launch contains:

• Additional mission 1: EXTRA Challenge

• Additional mission 2: SUPER Challenge

It's worth mentioning that the DLC content will come by March 2019.

Pre-ordering any edition will net you an exclusive PS4 theme, a Special Weapons Set DLC (Pure Decoy Launcher 16 variation set, Volcanic Cracker), and a Powered Exoskeleton Nix Gold Coat.

Incidentally, the game still doesn't have a firm release date for the west, and we only know that it'll come in fall 2018.
