If you’re like me, then the Earthworm Jim soundtrack holds a special place in your heart. For one, it was how I learned to love Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata.” The franchise about a super-suited worm had loads of musical gems to its name, and today a limited collector’s edition comprising the soundtracks of Earthworm Jim and Earthworm Jim 2 will be released on vinyl.

Earthworm Jim Anthology is a compilation of the music composed by Tommy Tallarico. It includes a gatefold sleeve with newly crafted artwork by original Earthworm Jim artist Katherine Garner, as well as liner notes by Tallarico. Within the sleeve are inner sleeves patterned to look like a cow, as well as Jim’s infamous heart-speckled boxers. The soundtrack will be pressed on four-sided 180g double vinyl, which has been styed to appear like Jim’s fleshy self, as well as his sidekick Snott.

The tracks included on this vinyl album include various favorites like “Snot a Problem,” “Buttville,” and “Doobeedowapbop,” along with previously unreleased tracks and remixes. Earthworm Jim Anthology is now available for pre-order on Black Screen Records’ website and will come with a digital download code for the entire album. It has a release date of October 20, but will become available for pre-order at other retailers on September 15.
