Today, during a questions and answers session at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference, Electronic Arts Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen briefly talked about the upcoming games that the publisher has in the pipeline.

Jorgensen mentioned that the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront sequel is "dramatically larger" than the first one, and confirmed that it will include "a lot of new Star Wars characters."

More interestingly, BioWare's yet unannounced action game was defined "more sci-fi related," while an upcoming Star Wars action game is "great for exploring the Star Wars Universe," as "part of the action genre is all about that exploration." Jorgensen did not specify if he was talking about the game in the works at Visceral under the lead of former Uncharted Creative Director Amy Hennig, or the one in development at Respawn Entertainment, led by God of War 3 Creative Director Stig Asmussen. Both of them are said to be action-adventure totles.

On the other hand, Jorgensen explained it's "very early days" for Jade Raymond's upcoming game. Her newly built studio is going to first work on the single player for the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront sequel.
