El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron was met mixed reviews at release. Yaris reviewed it on DualShockers, and had the same mixed feelings, but looks like we haven't seen all of Enoch. A novel based on the game will be released in Japan next spring.

The novel will follow the full story of the game  and will supposedly answer some of the questions left unanswered, so if El-Shaddai left you wanting for more, you can hope for a localization of the novel. I, for one, am quite curious.
