The Godskin Noble is a Boss found in Elden Ring's Volcano Manor Prison Town. Dressed in the flayed skin of fallen Gods, the Noble is in the finest tradition of FromSoft bosses by being absolutely disgusting and tough to beat. There are actually two other places you can fight the Godskin Noble elsewhere in the game, and this guide applies equally to those encounters.

Location
The Godskin Noble is found in the Temple of Eiglay in Volcano Manor in Mt. Gelmir. The closest Site Of Grace, if you have pulled the lever that raises the platform in the lava, is the Prison Town Church. From here you just need to go out of the door, turn left, and the Temple is just across the platform.
If you have not raised the platform yet, then the closest site of grace is the Guest Hall. From here you will need to make your way down the ladder from the balcony outside the site of grace, up the lava-strewn slope, up the stairs, past the Snakeman, and into the leftmost lift behind it. Then go up the stairs, past the Blackflame Monk, and in front of you will be the Temple. If you take a left before the entrance here, you can find the lever to raise the platform. The Noble will spawn once you enter far enough into the Temple, and if you die to it, the entrance will become a boss mist wall from that point on.
Attacks
The Noble has three different types of attacks; Its Rapier, Blackflame Sorcery, and attacks with its own large body. Its Rapier attacks mainly consist of a series of thrusts directly toward you. It will occasionally mix in a shorter range wider sweep attack. The most dangerous attack is a very long-range high-damage thrust that will follow after a combo of two other thrusts. These are all generally well-telegraphed, and you should dodge to the side to avoid them, as rolling backward can put you in the way of the subsequent thrusts.
The Noble has two different Blackflame attacks. The first is a fireball that he will throw at you. This can be dodged easily. The second is an area effect attack that he will summon around him and that causes damage as long as you are in the area. You'll need to move away from this as soon as possible. If you've summoned any melee-based spirit ashes, this attack tends to kill them very quickly.
Finally, the Noble has three different attacks using its body. For the first, the noble will quickly inflate its body causing damage and pushback at short range. This starts up very quickly and is very hard to dodge. The second sees the Noble leap into the air and then slam down doing damage and pushback in a large area. You can run away from this or dodge it. The Noble's most infamous attack is its wheel move where it will roll on its side, smashing into everything in its path, and doing large damage. It will roll for about 20 seconds if it doesn't hit anything, and the best way to avoid it is to hide behind a pillar and let it spin out.
Weaknesses, Resistances, & Strategies
The Godskin Noble is strong against Fire and Holy damage, and also strong against Strike attacks. It is weak to Slash attacks, and quite vulnerable to the Sleep status if you use Sleep Arrows or throw Sleep pots at it.
One of the main challenges in this fight is navigating the cluttered room and pillars. It is easy to get caught on the scenery before it has been destroyed, and you can also easily lose target lock on the Boss as he moves behind the pillars. On the other hand, the pillars are one of your best ways of blocking some of the boss' attacks and creating space when you need breathing room.
Rewards
The Noble will drop a Godskin Stitcher on defeat, which is its Heavy Thrusting Sword. This is a very good weapon that scales with Strength and Dexterity. It will also drop the Noble Presence Incantation, which is a Godskin Apostle Incantation that mimics Noble's belly attack by doing damage and knockback in an area around you.
On the altar at the center of the room, you can also find Serpent's Ammnion, which is a Key Item used to progress Rya's questline back at the Manor.
