Just the mere mention of Joel or Ellie brings back some unforgettable and traumatic memories for fans and with so much content still being circulated from the Naughty Dog title, it seems as though their presence will forever linger.
When we think of Ellie from Part 2, we remember her as a young woman hell-bent on revenge that it almost swallows her whole and clouds her judgement to where she not only lost Joel but also broke apart her relationship with Dina.
As we seep for a moment in those excruciating instances when we played as Ellie and had to follow through with many questionable choices, cosplayer Likeassassin channels the merciless character in a cosplay that speaks volumes where words can't.
It goes without saying that if you love cosplay, you would have heard of Christina Volkova, otherwise known as Likeassassin on Instagram. Able to morph into many popular gaming characters that include 2B from Nier: Automata, Eula Lawrence from Genshin Impact, and Ciri from The Witcher 3, Volkova is a true chameleon.
Donning Ellie's fearn tattoo and trusty bow and arrow, Likeassassin takes on the fearless character with so much gusto you'd easily be mistaken it was a still from The Last of Us 2. To add an even deeper impact, low moody clouds are a part of the cosplay design adding in a real sinister vibe.
