Every year, the Call of Duty Endowment awards a grant to a number of different companies that help veterans find jobs, so long as they meet a slew of criteria. Today, the organization announced that both Workshops for Warriors and FourBlock would be receiving this year's $30,000 grant.

The Endowment currently has a ton of requirements that companies and organizations must meet before they are eligible to receive each grant, including each veteran's average starting salary, their six-month retention rate, the cost per placement, and more.

According to the Endowment, only 26 other companies and organizations have received this grant, in the program's six-year run, so needless to say it's impressive to be selected.

Dan Goldenberg, the Executive Director of the Call of Duty Endowment, talked about this year's recipients in a press release provided by the company.

“Through our rigorous vetting, in collaboration with Deloitte, these organizations have proven their abilities in preparing veterans to secure high quality employment.”

For those that don't know, the Call of Duty Endowment is an organization set up in 2009 that helps veterans from both the United States and the United Kingdom find jobs after their service is over. The program is funded through donations and select DLC packs in Call of Duty games.
