The Sony Interactive Entertainment published PlayLink title Erica was first unveiled back in 2017, but not much has been heard about it since. That being said, the reemerged at Gamescom Opening Night Live today. It did not only get a new trailer though, it actually released. You will be able to go onto the PS Store and pick up the game today for $9.99

Erica stands out from other Sony-published narrative games because it is made up of live action FMV video. That being said, it is still super interactive and has a ton of branching paths for this kind of game. While the biggest Sony-related news today may be the fact that they acquired Insomniac or that Death Stranding is getting a new trailer, but for fans of experimental titles, Erica should surely pique their interest.
