Today Atlus released a metric ton of screenshots and artwork assets of the upcoming JRPG Etrian Odyssey X.

We get to see the traditional mapping system, art of the setting, including the flying city named Maginia and the island of Lemuria. More assets showcase all the available classes including the brand new “Hero”, and the character customization. Each class has four appearances (two for highlanders), and players will be able to choose among sixty voices by 33 voice actors.

A few NPCs are also showcased, including Vivian, Neipia, Kwashil, Muller, princess Persephone, Silica, and Willough.

Interestingly, first print bonuses include character illustration s by five different artists, including one by Shigenori Soejima crossing over with Atlus’ own Project Re FANTASY. Unfortunately, that one was not included in today’s images.

You can check out the images below. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the announcement trailer.

Etrian Odyssey X will be released on August 2nd, 2018 in Japan, exclusively for 3DS. No western release has been announced so far.
