Ever Wondered What Tomb Raider Would Look Like In First Person?

Ever wondered how a Lara Croft Tomb Raider game would play in first person perspective? Well look no further. Machinima affiliate Filipe B. Costa (director, animator and editor of First Person Street Fighter) has made a video for you, showing the lovely first lady of kickass video games and what bullets and traps look like from her point of view.

The video, which you can view below, is equal parts action game and survival horror, with Lara climbing a barren mountain to find treasure –and trouble– at the peak. And I must say: a tip of my hat to Costa for not making a video of just staring down at Lara’s PSX-era physique. But my only issue: where’s the dinosaurs?

Masoud House

Born and raised in video games and "geek culture," Masoud has been bred off of fantasy worlds his entire life and doesn't see anything wrong with that. He loves RPGs (especially TRPGs), sandbox games, the sci-fi genre, dieselpunk, art deco, and anything that allows him to create. Having graduated from John Jay College with a degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing, Masoud hopes to one day pen the same novels, comics, movies, and video games he enjoys escaping into when the real world gets too boring.
