Apparently (former?) PS4 exclusive by The Chinese Room Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is heading towards a PC release, at least of the patch notes for the latest AMD drivers are to be believed.

A few days ago The Chinese Room mentioned on Twitter that they didn't have anything to announce on the issue, but they would love to make it happen.
While there is still no official confirmation, it's quite unlikely for it to be a mistake at this stage.
